SISAP 2025 - Registration
Registration to SISAP 2025 provides access to all three days of the conference, including lunch, coffee breaks, the conference banquet.

As Iceland does not use the Euro, registration fees will be charged in Icelandic krona (ISK). All payments are done via on-line credit card payments. Accepted cards are VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. Online payments are guaranteed through 3D secured site. If you are unable to complete registration bank transfer may be arranged for an additional administrative fee. Registration Fees
Registration fees are listed in Icelandic Krona (ISK). Approximate Euro (EUR) values have been calculated based on the credit card exchange rate as of July 17th, 2025.
đź“ť The organizers have decided not to apply the late registration fee for SISAP 2025. This means that all participants will benefit from the early registration rates, regardless of when they register. We hope this will encourage as many colleagues as possible to attend and participate in SISAP 2025!

Instructions for Registering Authors
When registering as an author, you will be asked to provide the paper ID of your submission as shown in the EasyChair system. Please note that each accepted paper must be covered by at least one full (regular) registration, in line with the policy outlined below. If you do not have a paper in the conference, simply indicate that the paper ID does not apply to your registration.
Please note the following policy for accepted papers regarding registration:

Each accepted paper must have at least one author with a full (regular) registration by July 31, 2025.
Student registration is not valid for this purpose, unless the author is a PhD student presenting only a Doctoral Symposium paper. In that case, the student registration fee applies. -
A full registration of an accepted SISAP paper can cover one additional paper, provided that:
- (a) the additional paper is of type Doctoral Symposium, Demonstration, or Indexing Challenge, and
- (b) the same registered author is also the presenting author of both papers.
- A single registration cannot cover two regular or special session papers. In that case, each paper must have its own separate full registration..
Additional Information
During the registration process, you will also be asked to specify any dietary requirements.
Additional tickets for the conference dinner will be available for purchase at a later date.

A limited number of rooms have been prebooked for SISAP 2025 attendees at Hotel Leifur EirĂksson, located in the city centre. Rooms are available for the period 30 September – 4 October 2025 and can be booked during the registration process.
European Health Insurance Card
We would like to remind participants from the EU/EEA that the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) is valid in Iceland. We strongly recommend that you bring it with you. Information on applying for the EHIC can be found here.
Non-EEA citizens are not covered by the EEA regulations and will be charged in full, we recommend you purchase travel and health insurance before you visit.
Visa Assistance Letters
Some international attendees may require a letter for visa application to enter Iceland. Visa support letters will be issued by our registration partner, Komum Conferences.
