Airports
The closest airport to the conference venue is T.F. Green Airport (PVD) located in Warwick, RI. Since T.F. Green is a small airport, most international flights will likely come to Logan Airport (BOS) in Boston, MA.We recommend that participants use Uber to travel to/from the airport, it will be the most convenient form of transportation.
T.F. Green Airport: Guests at the hotel may arrange for the hotel shuttle to pick them up at T.F. Green Airport for a fee of $15.00 each way. To schedule a pickup, please contact the hotel at +1 (401) 608-3500. The hotel shuttle cannot pickup participants at Logan Airport.
Logan Airport: The most direct route to get from Logan Airport to Providence is by Uber, but it is possible to get there by train. The train does not directly go to Logan Airport, so you must first get to train station (either Backbay station or South station). You can get there by taxi, Uber, or the Silver Line (bus). Once at the train station, you can take the Commuter Rail (train) to the Providence Train Station. The Providence Train Station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, or guests may schedule the hotel shuttle to pick them up (at no charge).
